Neutral

N e u t r a l

-We base our actions of interaction on simple assumptions that often start at one end of the emotional spectrum or the other. If someone is smiling, they are assumably happy. If someone is frowning, they are assumably sad. We have been trained to trust their initial visual cue as truth, and as the guided direction on how we should enter into interactions. Very rarely do we allow ourselves to overlook our own insecurities and inner assumptions of how another feels internally. The simplest way to trigger these insecurities is to remove all guidance. The concept behind this project was to capture zero expression, complete neutrality, in hopes of instigating the insecurities of perception.
